It's Picasa Web albums, which is part of Google. (What web app don't they own?) You should already have an account since you're a Google blogger.
Just google "picasa web album" to find the site and input your blogger password. Alternately, click Photos on your iGoogle page. Every pic you've uploaded to your blog should already be there, plus you can upload more and create new albums. Very easy.
I can't decide if it's creepy or convenient that I already had a web photo account that I didn't know about.
NOVEMBER!!! Come on guys...we need new material! Or is this out and Facebook in?
